The 2025 Jinji Lake Human Resources Ecosystem Week started in SIP on Dec 22. Consisting of an opening ceremony, meetings and exhibitions, it attracted about 1,000 people including representatives from the HR sector, experts and scholars, and entrepreneurs.

At the event, the results of a survey on employee pay and benefits in Suzhou’s key industries in 2025 were released.

The event showcased a series of achievements in talent training under SIP’s “623” industrial system which features six major industrial clusters and 23 key industry chains. An introduction to SIP’s digital HR market was given on site.

A signing ceremony was held for a number of projects that are expected to promote availability of high-quality HR services in key industries.
A host of guests shared their expertise and opinions on new economic trends, solutions for enterprises to go global, digital transformation of HR services and remuneration and performance management.


Nearly 40 enterprise service suppliers showcased their cutting-edge products and solutions for HR management.
