Yangcheng Yinzuo, a headquarters cluster in SIP’s Yangchenghu Peninsula Tourist Resort, hosted an event on Dec 18 when 30 people from office buildings in the cluster made cakes to usher in the New Year’s Day.

The event was organized by a DIY club, one of four clubs which aim to enhance communication and interactions among over 200 companies in the cluster.

In the event, a professional baker gave the participants an introduction to the ingredients of a cake, shared with them her understanding of cakes’ symbolic meanings and taught them to make cakes.

The participants were very happy to be able to participate in this event, regarding it as a good opportunity to relax themselves from busy work and establishing or enhancing friendship with each other.
