A new service station was set up at Sungent I-Base in SIP on Dec 18 to provide comprehensive support for nearby enterprises to ensure compliance with laws and industrial standards by integrating market supervision and inspection functions.

The service station explains policies to enterprises, answers their inquiries and provides advice on business operations to them. Its services cover quality standards, safe use of special equipment and drug and food safety.

A pilot project, the first of its kind in SIP, was launched concurrently, allowing enterprises in SIP and surrounding areas to share electric forklifts through an intelligent dispatching system, thereby saving cost, optimizing utilization of resources and promoting low-carbon business operation.
