With the support from SIP Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (also known as O-HR), an HR service arm of SIP-based comprehensive real estate developer Sungent Group, held a job fair at SIP HR Market on Dec 16, lending enterprises focused on intelligent manufacturing a hand in talent recruitment.

The event attracted 15 enterprises that are leaders in cutting-edge fields such as industrial robots, high-end equipment, intelligent sensors and automation system integration. These enterprises aimed to recruit software and hardware engineers, and professionals for technology research and development, engineering and application, intelligent operation and maintenance, digital management, etc. Nearly 200 job vacancies were offered.

It is worth mentioning that big data and intelligent technology were employed during this event to match qualified job seekers with the job vacancies, demonstrating a new mode of recruitment.
